Group i had a querry.
2 months back i had taken a Karbonn s3 from a mobile store. I had taken the theft insurance, breakage insurance and extended warranty.
after 20 days the cell phone was dead and i had given it to a karbonn service center since 20 sept 2014. Till date i have no information nor i am able to contact any of the carbon staff through phone or webportal.
1. Is there any start up who is working in this area.
2. is there any portal or mechanism which will take my voice to the concern places or to a statutory organisation.
