Hey,

Have an MVP, how to maximize learning per rupee spent without comprising on learning/time?

We are giving a great deal on health checkups, etc but haven’t go people coming online. How do we promote it? Burning money is not an option, nor is growing slow.

Also, is the UX and general design alright? Again, its a MVP and we just want to have UI/UX which is not off putting. Thanks :)

We tried facebook, not much help. SEO is slow. etc etc

PS: This post is in no way a promotion. Besides, you are not our target audience

Why do similar (company, etc) pages have different options for comments on Facebook, i.e., with image, with smiley, without them?

We have created the best pathology lab management software published in WHO and UN. It is functionally and technically robust and you can check the home page at http://samadhanws.in/

Since the market is very niche and there is are lot of exiting (way inferior but almost free) products (made on dot net, etc) are present, how do we market and price it?

Are their distributors who can push these products outside the city we live in, is there a way to create such channels in India and abroad, some case studies, anything?

Some information:
– It’s SaaS – we are looking to keep prices around 1000 to 2000 a month
– The response from the few sales calls we have done have been great in terms of agreeing with the vision but there is inertia with respect to changing their software installed on their lab PC
– The cheapest software’s available, though lack all the business intelligence, eHR, etc features are very cheap specially for a highly fragmented market like this

PS: Please don’t give general suggestions and management quotes. Those who can help, feel free to contact me.

What are the best ways of managing and planning when your team is geographically separated?
Tools/ Portals/ etc – preferably free
Google docs is too general purpose and realtime boards require a lot of logiing in and information sharing
