Sales/Marketing people: How do you go about building reseller/distributor network for your product?
My company is selling an e-learning app for classrooms. We have good online presence and we generate a lot of good leads through our site. We believe we can do better if we pushed more through regular channels. We have budget constraints which limits our presence of sales people multiple cities. Building distributor network didn’t fair well. There was lack of push from our end and distributors were not very enthusiastic. I would like to hear about strategies which worked for fellow members.
