You will be surprised a the result. Stop reading right now, put down this article, and listen extremely carefully just for a few moments.Were you able to hear a sound? Whether you were able to or not is not important – this was actually a little trick. The state of paying attention that you entered into while listening is exactly what it is like to meditate. You stopped “listening” to the voices in your head, and were paying attention to what is happening in the moment.
